2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us as soon as possible through our official contact channels.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on:

  • The type of travel package or service purchased

  • The cancellation deadline set by the service provider

  • The time remaining before departure

Late cancellations may result in no refund.


3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service provider allows cancellation and refund

  • You cancel within the provider’s permitted timeframe

  • You have completed payment and can provide valid booking details

Refund amounts will depend on:

  • Supplier terms and conditions

  • Non-refundable components (e.g., certain tickets, reservation fees)

Important: Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.


4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Last-minute bookings

  • Tickets or reservations marked as non-refundable by providers

  • Third-party services with strict cancellation rules

These items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


5. Changes and Rescheduling

Requests to modify or reschedule bookings are subject to availability and provider terms.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Date changes

  • Name changes

  • Upgrades or service adjustments

6. Cancellation by Lestari Travel

In rare cases where we must cancel a service due to operational or safety reasons, you will be offered one of the following:

  • An alternative service or rescheduled date

If the cancellation is caused by factors outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, flight issues), we will follow the refund policies of the respective service providers.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • 7–21 business days for domestic transactions

  • Up to 30 business days for international transactions

Delays may occur depending on the payment provider or bank.


8. No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for a scheduled tour, trip, or service (“no-show”), refunds will not be provided.
